St. Patrick’s Day celebration
The Global Cuisine Potluck in March will focus on Irish favorites in honor of St. Patrick who’s day comes on the 17th. Our dinner will be somewhat earlier, on Saturday, March 8th.
In the folder on the Time and Talent Table, you will find recipes for Steak and Guiness Pie, Irish Coffee, Irish Colcannon ( a vegetable casserole), authentic Irish Soda Bread, Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage, and Dublin Coddle, an Irish sausage, bacon, onion and potato hotpot. Feel free to choose your own recipe – Irish or not – and bring few friends to celebrate the season with us.
Dinner will be at 6. Come a bit early if your dish needs to be assembled or reheated and remember to bring your own beverages. As always, non-cooks are warmly welcomed. We invite you to help us clean up.
