Scones with clotted cream, little cucumber sandwiches, a pot of hot tea and more …… St. Margaret’s Tea & Bake Sale
A true English High Tea will be served at St. Margaret’s Harvest Tea and Bake Sale on Saturday, November 18 from 11 to 2. This signature event of the Women of St. Margaret’s is already known to many in the local area, but if you haven’t tried it you must! Invite a friend, your daughter, your mother, your husband and come and relax at a table set with lovely china.
Beside the tea, there is a bake sale with tables laden with home baked goodies – bread, pies, cakes, cookies, jams, jellies – all for sale. The Jewelry Boutique – with lovingly refurbished jewelry that is perfect to gift or keep for yourself! Holiday Cookbooks – tried and true, gently used, and a Silent Auction offering a variety of items and gift certificates.
All funds raised will benefit: Broadreach Family & Community Services, H.O.M.E. in Orland, and WoSMs outreach in the community.
We’ll be ready to welcome you at St. Margaret’s Parish House, 95 Court Street, Belfast. FMI: www.stmargaretsbelfast.org or call 338-2412.
