Approved the proposed slate of nominees for the Vestry, to be elected at the Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 14, 2018. The nominees for normal three-year vestry terms are: Elaine Bielenberg, Kristen Burkholder, Charlotte Herbold, and Faye Ward. Three will be elected. Nominees to serve out the remaining terms of two vestry members who have resigned before completion of their three year terms: Chris Urick
and Peter Walker. Two to be elected, each to serve the remaining one year of the normal term.
Approved a final draft of a revised Constitution and By-Laws, which will be presented at the Annual Meeting for adoption by the parish.
Approved a policy that will permit parishioners to use the parish house kitchen facilities in the event of serious power outages. Implementation of the policy depends upon confirmation that the back-up generator provides power to the stoves, as well as the refrigerator and freezer.
